NB - The redactions to remove the last name of the applicant are done by the Owl as there have been credible reports of threats against the organizers. The Owl condemns threats towards any and all people who are exercising their democratic rights. The Owl recognizes that the applicant name will eventually be made public when the petition is posted on the Elections Alberta Website but until then, the Owl sees no need to assist cowards in their attempt to intimidate a fellow Albertan.
