Please join us Thursday, September 21st, 1pm-3pm for a Medicine Hat Ancestors Reburial Project "Panel presentation and discussion: Welcoming our Ancestors home" at the Esplanade Arts & Heritage Centre.

During this special gathering, the Medicine Hat Ancestors Reburial Project Team will share the history and progress to date on this Project, and invites community conversation regarding the reburial of Medicine Hat Ancestors.

We will also share stories of previous burials on record and in our oral histories, and welcome stories from attendees of extended family members, neighbours, community members, and Ancestors who were laid to rest in this area, whose stories may not yet have otherwise been shared or recorded.
