Community Vibrancy Advisory Board (CVAB) Minutes

Arts and Culture Recognition Program

On April 5, 2021, City Council approved a bylaw establishing CVAB, whose mandate includes making recommendations to City Council through Public Services Committee (PSC) on matters that contribute to creating a vibrant community. On Dec. 9, 2024, PSC referred the matter of setting criteria and other requirements for an arts and culture wall of recognition to the Community Vibrancy Advisory Board.
