Lester R Landry accused me of using my cell phone while driving in April 2023, the day after I posted an article about him fundraising for the 3rd time in less than 4 months for batteries for his mobility scooter. I pled not guilty and the trial was held in Medicine Hat on November 24. 2023 (I was found guilty and fined $300)
