City Council Gives CCDA $200k budget, stakeholders disappointed.

after all this time, and all these complaints, ranging from financial issues to the sexual harassment of youth at the Monarch Theater, the city counsel still gave the CCDA the budget to continue in a vote just before the new year, during the holidays.
Stakeholders weren't even shocked, they were just disappointed. Bill Cocks, Councillor for the City of Medicine Hat drops my name and says that as a lawyer he knows that not every story has 2 sides... "t'aint necessarily so.. t'aint necessarily so.. t'aint necessarily so.. t'aint necessarily so.."
yeah, pretty sure he sad it like 8 times.
