Willie Desjardins to Join Elbows Up Event Today

The event is at Riverside Veterans Memorial Park today from 1-3pm

Willie Dejardins will join the Elbows Up event at Riverside Veterans Memorial park this afternoon from 1-3 pm as well as James Langston Q.C.. Langstrom who served 22 years a Crown Prosecutor before spending 24 years as a judge on the Court of Queen’s Bench, retiring in 2019. Mayor Linnsie Clark, Jim Langston, Elder Charlie Fox, Malcom SIssons and Yusuf Mohammed will also be speaking.

Trevor Moore will be performing as well as musical performances by the Hip Katz, Derek Hintz Trio, Ron Mason, Muriel Erick and Allen Zeleny.

This event is hosted by Bob Wanner, Betty Aitken, Stan and Susan Sakamoto
