Breaking News - COMH People Services Director Gone

Karla Kochan was hired by fired former city manager Ann Mitchell in May 2023 to head up People Services (formerly known as Human resources). The Owl has obtained a document that says that she is “no longer with the organization”, “effective immediately”.
