In My Opinion - Such severe sanctions imposed with no time limits on the Mayor for asking questions is a chilling development and an abuse of power. It has the effect of silencing those who would ask legitimate questions. I’ve heard from people who say they are too scared to say anything. That is not a good look for a City that wants to grow.

The APCAT

The first part of this test measured your ability to absorb and retain information. You were given a study guide for 30 minutes, then it was taken away. There were three versions of the study guide, A, B, and C. No students at the same table received the same version so there was no way to copy from your neighbour.
